With increasingly open market in organic products, the quality of quality assurance at all levels (farmers, farmer groups, traders and consumers) is essential. This quality assurance is key to sustainability is the product market.

One model is product quality assurance with the Internal Model Control System / ICS (Internal Assurance System). ICS itself is literally a documented quality assurance system, which permits the certification body to delegate the annual inspection of all group members individually to institutions / units of service that has been certified.
